During the onboarding process, the participant, along with the course facilitators, fill out a Win-Win Agreement. This agreement documents their three to five (3-5) most daunting challenges and the goals that must be achieved to meet them.

The guarantee: This gurantee is based on the particpant and facilitors agreement that the Win-Win Agreement goals are realistic, can be measured; and that the participant has completed all required assignments. if, by mid-term of your program, you’ve fulfilled your obligation and completed all tasks to the best of your ability but are not demonstrating any behaviour/attitude growth or moving towards the agreed to results, your fee will be refunded les the cost of our materials.
