As Charles Darwin wrote in The Descent of Man (1871): ‘Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge.’

Confucius reportedly said, real knowledge is knowing the extent of one’s ignorance.

It is difficult to know what we don't know; and more difficult knowing that we don't know what we don't know.

We move down our life's road with these factors operating all the time. No surprise that we sometimes get blindsided on occasion.

Take the risk, step outside your comfort zone, allow your curiosity to motivate exploration.
